Single Bed & Mattress
Beds are a precious commodity at an event, and we offer an affordable option to dry-hire beds at scale.
Our single metal beds with wooden slats measure 90x190cm and come with 10cm foam mattresses with protectors. They have fold-in legs and are very sturdy.

5m Bell Tents
Top quality 5m Bell Tents available for dry-hire, to businesses with experience handling Bell Tents.
Our tents are 350gsm poly-cotton canvas with zip on ground sheets, separate net door, 4 windows & 4 vents.
Whether you need to increase your stock temporarily, do minimal events and want to avoid investing and storing, or find yourself in need of tents for any reason, we can help!
All our stock is new or very lightly used.

Polypropylene Mats
Our 5m half-moon polypropylene mats are available as a stand-alone product or alongside the tents.
Made from 100% recycled materials, they cover and protect the groundsheet and make the tent floor warm and comfortable under bare feet.
Easy to lay, clean and pack away, these mats are a must-have option to bring style and comfort to a Bell Tent camping experience.
It takes 2 mats to fully cover a 5m round tent.

Awning Hire
We dry-hire 6m x 6m canvas awnings.
A rustic structure, with wooden poles, natural ropes and wooden tension sliders.
The perfect shelter and shade for a campsite, welcome area or waiting area, event shade or seating area, festival production area, a shaded outdoor work space, or ad-hoc meeting area, to name a few.
It takes 2 crew to erect and take down.
About Dry Hire
Dry Hire means you are hiring the equipment
without the crew to deliver, erect, manage, dismantle & reload.*
Collection / Delivery
You can either collect the equipment from our warehouse in central Bristol (Near Ikea, BS5 6XX), or we can arrange the transport for you through our trusted haulage partners..
Receiving
Your team would unload the equipment on site on arrival. A forklift is often ideal, as everything comes on a stillage or pallet. It would need to be kept safe, where it is clean and dry.
Erecting
You provide the people power to install the hired kit. Only competent operatives can handle the equipment, so it is erected safely and to the required standard.
Managing
We will give you all the relevant advice on wind speeds, rope tightening, weight limits and general maintenance for safety and ease of install.
Dismantling
We will provide you with pack-down instructions for your hired equipment, to help inform your crew. General cleaning duties would be undertaken by your team, as if it were your own kit.
Collection
You can return the equipment to our warehouse, or if it’s being collected you will need to have the equipment ready to go when the booked transport arrives. Load it on, check it’s all there, and wave it off. Hurrah!
*Due to the value and complexities of canvas Bell Tents, a Pre Pitched supervisor may be required for the set up and cleaning / take down days.

Damage deposits are applied, for immediate return once checked for damages.
Prices are plus delivery if required, and subject to VAT.
Due to the value and complexities of canvas Bell Tents, a PrePitched supervisor
may also be required for the set up and cleaning / take down days.

We are a Bristol based company with over 15 years experience in Bell Tent hire and over 25 years experience in Festival and Event Management.
Headed up by Lou, assisted by Dad Brendan, with Husband Stu managing the warehouse, occasionally supervised by the toddler.
We are a true family business.
